Wife makes false claims that I am not paying. Despite her signing the checks and having photographic proof of that via my bank I did. This department doesn't care. No punishment. If that was a man who did that you can bet he'd face consequences.

Far more often than not it is impossible to call and make a payment. This is the fourth day in the past two months where making numerous calls and having to use the automated system tells me the office is closed….. at 10:15am.
The website says they open
I know they are open.
They really need to fix this system

I would think the one call they would always take is people trying to actually make payments ?

Ive been calling non stop for the past hour. Rocklin opens at 8am but the automated phone system has been telling me the office is currently closed. ive called 6 times since they opened at 8am it's now almost 9am. Now I have to drag all three of my sick kids up in there because you guys cant get your systems right. Super frustrating when the automated person tells you the locations and times they are open only for it to be after that time and it repeatedly not allow you to call in.

I was not given my case managers name when I specifically asked so that I could check on my documents when I finally did get in touch with a representative at the branch. I also went into the building and spoke with them in person and they said that my documents had been accepted and received and they still haven't been processed. here we re a week later and my documents still haven't been processed. Also your automated system ending in number 3212 tells you that the Rocklin office opens at 8am nowhere does it state that the phone lines open an hour later. On the county website it also doesn't state that. in the google advert it says 8am off to the side of the screen typically where there is more adds it says 9am but Literally everywhere else it makes no mention of that and judging by more than one review like mine id maybe look into seeing if there is a way to make the users experience less confusing and frustrating.

I have had the worst experience with the Rocklin office since my case was transferred from Texas. My payments have never been on time as the xourt order reads. Collecting from my ex husband has not been a problem at all. Payment is sent to placer co cs on time and as scheduled per the court order. The continuous problem has been disbursement to me. I am not a welfare recipient for any calculation of reduction to be processed so i can't understand why my payments have taken up to 3 weeks at times. Ive complained many times with no returned calls of resolution. I am looking into other matters to getting this resolved since this is causing a finanial hardship for me. It is the most horrible experience i and my ex have gone through. My ex has received calls for matters he has not been interested in and the incompetency of the personnel that have called him is just unbeleivable. I suggest anyone that needs services go to another county instead.

I owe child support. Nobody likes having to pay money and I don’t even agree with the amount I’m paying. I’m big enough to understand however that the nice people that work here are just following the laws that have been legislated. Jessica Miranda and Janine worked on my case and could not have been more pleasant and thorough. I was never expecting to find people so kind and warm in a county child support office. I can only speak for my situation but I was impressed and relieved with the service that I experience. Thank you.

They claim they are there to help both parties. That is not the case. Super bad service. Nothing is explained properly. They do not keep track of paperwork. Every month there is a issue with my account. Constantly having to call in to force things to get figured out. Seems like every week I have a new case handler. So no one knows what is going on. Such a waste of state money.
