I needed a notary last minute and gave PNJ a call. Paul answered and was able to help me right away. I drove over and after going through my document, we realized one of the sections was filled out wrong. Paul had no problem reprinting me another document and he refilled everything. They went above and beyond! Paul was incredibly helpful and I would totally recommend!

Very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful he just wants your money! I sent a potential new hire there to get a live scan and I explained to him numerous of times the day before what she needed, he tried to charge her double the price $100! After speaking to the frustrated potential employee I then called him to try to clarify things and he just talked over me and hung up in my face. I then found another place “Certifix Live Scan” located in Hawthorne and they where able to help her out in a matter of seconds for half of the price $56! I would definitely recommend them instead.

I came here because I was sent from my employer, the guy was friendly. But I was skeptical due to all the reviews. I did see the sign that says sorry we don't work with sweaty hands. They're using the digital finger print machine so I can see why. If it was like before then the ink would be easier. But he kept wiping the machine after each take. I guess mine were slightly sweaty but he said he can still work with it. Overall seemed nice and no one was there so went by fast. But I can see why people would say it was difficult.
