Keith Preston stands at the top of the Probate Attorney performance ladder. I had wasted three years, much agony and untold irritation on four different attorneys. No settlement. I needed Power of Attorney documents drawn up and corresponded with Mr. Preston from out of state. He was always quick to answer my emails and took the time to explain the difference between certain legal documents that I asked about. When I brought my father in to sign the papers, Mr. Preston had a great attitude and was very compassionate about the situation (my father is in declining mental health). He spoke to my father alone to make sure that he understood the legality of what he was doing - I really appreciate the time he took to safeguard my father's well-being and assets. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a lawyer - his wife and a friend also came in to witness some of the documents and she gave us a great lunch recommendation in the area (The Bright Star).
