The lady at the front was so rude. I asked why she was had an issue with me washing my hand so long where I was completely in sight. Didn’t give me a chance to give a sample immediately called my employer and said I was refusing to follow the rules. Never test here she thinks she has a power to ruin great opportunities.

My experience was ok .Staff was nice , standoffish.While I was there 2 people took a refusal to give a sample . I did not like being asked to show my waist line ,Pat my legs down and move socks down .I am a professional and have never had to prove that I'm not bringing sonesomet in . Makes you feel like a criminal . Be warned you will be searched.

They did my pre employment drug test and they were so nice and professional! I had an issue (shy bladder) and I thought that would be the end of the test but the Procom staff offered me water and was able to complete the test!!!! Wish all drug testing facilities were this awesome. Thank you Procom team!!!!

They are super expensive and changed price from on the phone and when I arrived. Horrible horrible place to put your money.. if you can drive ANYWHERE else do so!!!! I did. And now I pay less and get decent customer service. They lost a regular user of the services and with this kind of feedback and others coming forward we can try and make them treat people better overall and maybe lower the price a little at the same time! Now I pay almost half and get everything I ask for. Shop around and good luck!

Horrible rude liars! The temperature Guage read 94 degrees on the sample container and this worthless doctor dumps the sample into another urine sample container after waiting about 4 min and says it wasn't an acceptable temperature! What a lie! My sample read 94 degrees when I sat in on the toilet like instructed. Horrible place full of a bunch of racist liars!!
