5 Stars isn't enough for Teresa, she was my attorney during the home buying process, and was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, dedication, and fighting spirit were outstanding. She guided me every step of the way, ensuring my interests were protected from beginning to after closing. Teresa's professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the experience smooth and stress-free. My husband and I just bought a house and our realtor referred us to Teresa as our real estate attorney. To say Teresa is the best would be an understatement. From the first time we reached out to her, to meeting her in person, all the way up to closing and even after she has been nothing short of amazing. Puleo and Delisle is hands down the best real estate law practice in NY state. While they also handle the rest of the country, my business is primarily in NY and I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences on hundreds of transactions completed together. Kristen and Chloe in the NY purchase team are second to none, their professionalism and response time is paramount in ensuring smooth closings for my clients.
