Can’t be anymore thankful for Tom and his team. I was in a bind and he saved the day. I would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs to get out of a house before it hits foreclosure. I’m extremely pleased that Tom Mele presented me with an opportunity to avoid a foreclosure. He was extremely professional and communicated with me throughout the process. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered promptly, and I was never in a position that I had to “assume” what steps were next, and they granted me the time I needed to exit the property. These people don't do what they say I was promise 130K I ended up getting $6,000 and that's all I got I'm not happy All they blamed all kinds of things and now he refuses to come back on and do what he said he was going to I don't like it when people don't do what they say they're going to and he's one of them. I am a retired veteran and living in better and housing that I was homeless before I got this apartment and I thought I was going to be able to start a business with the money $6,000 don't do it I need at least a hundred and they promised me 130 oh well

I was in a bind. My house was in foreclosure and didnt know what to do. Tom called me and we talked about what was going on and how I could get out of my predicament and made the whole buying process seamless. He had a crew of lawyers and ancillary crews ready to make this sale possible. Was very quick and painless. Tom will work hard to get your sale done! No matter the feat! Thank you Tom!
