Under a time crunch to clean out a house and move items to storage or refuse Matt’s crew worked efficiently to organize and move items as requested. They were able to fully complete the job and kept things organized and tidy! This was my first experience with this type of service and wow, I’m impressed with Matt and crew! If I had a need again I’d call them first!

I really appreciate the quick speed at which Pure One not only took my call, but came out to review our problem and offer a proposal to address it. All within 24 hours. We just bought a home and found the shed completly infested with mice and mouse droppings and Pure One cleaned it up and got us using out shed again in no time.

We recently used pure one for a difficult situation with a family member. While the crew was definitely hard working and did a wonderful job. I cannot recommend this company given how unprofessional the owner, Matthew was. He made multiple, judgemental comments on the situation, when that was not his place whatsoever. He didn’t just stop with one comment to one family member. He went as far to give more of his two sense and tell us that how we handled the situation leading up to that point was wrong. He seemed like a decent guy at first, but truly turned out to be the wrong guy for the job. If you are dealing with a sensitive situation and want someone who can provide Work without judgement, or even a tiny bit of empathy, DONT work with Matthew.

Pure One Services did an outstanding job with bio rodent cleanup in my attic. Bill and Justin were punctual, professional, pleasant and thorough. They removed contaminated insulation in an area that was challenging to access. They did an amazing job with cleanup. Joe was extremely helpful and responsive scheduling the service. Kudos to the entire team!
