A miscommunication with the office staff caused me to write a negative review that I have since deleted. When the office contacted me for an appt, I was reluctant to go, but I was very happy I did. The staff is very nice and Dr. Al-Sheikh listened to my history of health issues, my work history that caused the issues, and we concluded to stay with a course of treatment that has been working for me. Hopefully, I can delay knee surgery for a while. The office is busy with patients, but that's a good thing if you want to get the best care.

My complaint is Knee pain. Had MRI and Xrays. Dr. Al-Saikh has no bed side manners at all nor any communication skills. He did not explain anything to me. The only thing said was 'I can give you a cortisone shot'.
Dreadful physician. Should not be allowed to see patients.

After my accident, I'd asked around and had heard good things about Dr Al- Shaikh. When my workman's comp plan sent me to him locally here in Auburn, I was pleased. I've been with him for a while now and I am more than pleased. He is personable, friendly, nice smile and, most of all, helps me with my questions taking the time to help me understand, even though he seems quite busy. Kathy and Ashley, his assistance at his education Street office are fantastic. They're friedly, happy, always making me feel better when I get there and when I leave. I thank all three of them for helping me get better.

If it wasn't for doctor Raad Al-Shaikh I wouldn't have a working foot. He is the most caring and best doctor I've ever met and I am so blessed to have him apart of my life. His office staff is incredible as well. Very caring I feel like family. Best bed side manors I've ever experienced. I had such a great experience getting my ACL reconstructed with Dr. Al-Shaikh. The staff in his office are so friendly, incredibly helpful, and respond so quickly and efficiently to my frequent requests. I’ve made schedule changes, had tons of questions, and they have been so accommodating. My knee is starting to heal beautifully and I am very confident in my return to normalcy! Doctor Al-Shaikh is a wonderful Surgeon. He has a really good bed side manner and is very polite. He truly cares about his patients and listens to your needs. I’ve had him as a orthopedic specialist for 5 years and I haven’t had an issue with him at all. From a scale from 1-100 I’d rate him 1,000 he’s that good. He’s trustworthy, very kind and very knowledgeable, he loves to talk lol and he likes to help his patients in the best way he can. He’s a great doctor and I’m so happy that he’s my Doctor. 🙂 I’d totally recommend him to anyone. He’s a really fun person to get to know and he’s really fun to talk to when he has the time. Don’t be shy. He’s great! I promise! 🙂

I feel compelled to write a review even though I didn't visit Dr Shaikh in person. Both Kathy and Colleen offered such wonderful customer service over the phone. I didn't end up coming into the office because I contacted the office on a Friday after a painful issue arose with my hand and by Monday, the pain had subsided.

I truly appreciate the followup and genuine concern from both Kathy and Colleen. I can only think how kindly actual (and not prospective) patients are treated at Dr Shaikh's office.

We were immediately taken into an exam room and the doctor was with us in minutes.
He was very personable and asked great questions.
My daughter and I both felt very comfortable with him and his staff.
He came highly recommended recommended by our physical therapist.
