Knowledge staff, very helpful in explaining all wash packages. Promptly address any issues, and allow you to “run” thru again if your vehicle isn’t clean. Will scrubs spots if asked!

I enjoy going there and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'm not sure why they got rid of those rug cleaner machines but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a convenient car wash that includes vacuum service. The vacuuming is done by you not, the staff by the way! LOL!

Been using this car wash ever since they opened. It always does a good job. The equipment is always functioning properly and the people there are very friendly and helpful, especially LANDON. Even though I told him I couldn’t afford a membership package he quickly told me the advantages of having one, but understood that it was out of my budget at this time. Couldn’t have been nicer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful place! All the washes but we normally go to Pell City South! All the employees are wonderful! My little girl always loves to see Ciara, she always comes out to say Hi and make sure that we have all we need! We love supporting these good folks! Oh, and the car is always SPARKLING clean when we leave!

I recently went there for a car wash and was pleased to see a young man come towards me and the payment screen. I was trying to hurry up and read it so as not to hold up others and he was kind and willing to key it in for me. Such a sweet, personable and positive employee. Worst wash yet. Pre Washed half my windshield ,, still as the wiper marks. Didn’t touch the front bumper or grille. Rethinking my membership
