After I was rear-ended, and the pain in my back began to increase, I didn't know where to turn. I reached out to multiple attorney's offices, because medical bills were mounting. I talked to some of the attorneys in the commercials, but they wouldn't help me, even though back surgery was indicated. Then I saw a commercial for Dr. Ramos. From the first phone call, I was treated with empathy, sympathy, and genuine concern. I was immediately comforted, skill, competency, and knowledge (Thank you Alica and Rachel!) manifested in every word and action. I cannot recommend any higher, else I would. Alicia and Simonique we're amazing. Ramos was recommended to me by a friend, and they did not disappoint. They were very thorough, had good communication, and explained the process. I was in a car accident in 2023 with an underinsured motorist. The accident resulted in me needing surgery and therapy. Their knowledge in medical procedures as well as the law help to get me to the right care providers, and settle the case fairly. And I am now back to the same health I was in before the accident. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I was in a hit and run. Ramos law firm looked into everything they could to help me out. Unfortunately they couldn’t help me out due to the fact the truck was stolen and had fake tags on it. Sadly I had one of the worst experiences with Ramos law and his team. More specifically Alicia and her paralegal Rachel. I had gotten into an accident back in April and was really looking for guidance as I’m younger and have never been in this kind of situation before so I went with a more “trusted and professional” law firm. And I was quick to learn otherwise. In over the year of dealing with these two individuals I experienced nothing helpful at all. I was ignored. Hung up on. Put on the back burner. And left in the dark. The communication between a client and a lawyer should be almost constant with updates and she would go months in between saying anything almost as if she forgot about me until I would reach out. I never once felt seen or heard in my own problems. I was constantly left in the dark and never aware of anything going on. At one point they didn’t even know I had proven my own innocence! I definitely did 90% of their jobs while they sat back and collected their fee. Never once was I asked if I was satisfied with what they had done. Because they know I was not. I never received any call backs when I would call and I was hung up on specifically by Rachel because she got upset that I was demanding an update after being left in the dark for months on end. I would absolutely NOT recommend Ramos law to anyone in need or anyone that likes to keep business professional. 0/10
