Do not recommend. I began with them 12/2023. They don’t seem to have experience with high conflict divorce/family cases due to high conflict ex. Allowed my ex to use tactics such as financial and legal abuse to play our case. I don’t feel my best interest was kept in mind- they did what was easy for them to avoid conflict with the other party. My ex kept postponing court dates, they kept accommodating HIM without orders while he purposefully dragged out the case. Even when Ramos complained to the judge that my ex kept postponing mediation- the judge was confused as to why Ramos Law wasn’t putting in orders to force him to attend as scheduled. It was more than 9 months later and Ramos never submitted for temporary orders to be signed based on our first mediation in March 2024. My goal was to get the divorce done and move on. They never subpoenaed his account records, my second lawyer had to do it. They allowed him to postpone mediation for more than 9 months. Didn’t keep up with the details of my case; I had to repeat myself multiple times. I changed lawyers and my second lawyer got the case resolved within 3 months. All they did at Ramos Law Group was take money which was scarce as a newly single parent; even suggesting that I take out a loan to keep paying for services that had no resolution.

I strongly advise against using this law firm for your divorce proceedings. From the start, the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism was evident. The lawyers seemed disengaged and unmotivated, making a challenging situation even more stressful. What made it worse was the mediator they provided, who was supposed to remain neutral, but clearly sided with the opposing party. This was not only unprofessional but also made me feel like my interests were not being represented. After paying over $6,000 for their services, I still owe money, which feels completely unjust given the lack of support I received. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this firm.

Divorce was uncontested, so not much excitement. However communication from the team was A1, and responses were almost immediate. They provided detailed explanations when needed, and the case was resolved in a very timely fashion. Billing statements were great in providing a road map as to where the case stood without me having to email and ask.

Marriage - 0/10 would not recommend, but I would definitely recommend Ramos Law Group to help clean it up.

I had a very unique case which Jason immediately took heart in, and he used his experience, wisdom, and knowledge of family law to provide the best information possible to educate me and provide proper parameters for me to make decisions within.
