I would like to start that Ramos Law is a very Great place to go if you find yourself in a bind regarding getting your Disability Claim excepted. I was denied twice and Attorney Ramos and his Paralegal Jessica helped me through the whole process. They where both very compassionate and understanding people, they walked me through the process and kept me updated the whole time until it was time to speak to the Judge. I would refer them to anyone that needs help with getting help with there Disability Claims processed in Court.

I have to give 5 stars to Atty Ramos and Paralegal, Jessica. From the first phone call I was educated as to how to apply, what to expect and how long. I was approved in only 8 months! I had many questions during this period and Jessica answered them all in a super timely, friendly and compassionate manner. This law firm initially wanted to take my case. When I came back months later, I was basically told by Jessica, who isn’t an attorney, in no uncertain terms, I had no case. I received a call the next day by another woman who said Atty Ramos didn’t want to take my case again, but if I really needed an attorney for court, to call them. This was after I was made to feel , on the phone, which was a 15 minute phone call, that I shouldn’t even bother to try. I was left feeling stupid, and confused. I have been set up with another outstanding law firm who actually took the time to talk to me about my medical history. Attorney Ramos and staff don’t care about the individual. They care about the money only. They let Jessica do their talking initially. She comes across like a junk yard dog…..

Attorney Ramos was great! Throughout the entire process I felt confident that he would be able to gather all the information needed to prove that I am unfortunately no longer able to work….and he did! I was denied disability twice when filing on my own but once Attorney Ramos became involved, I was finally approved. He gave me special paperwork to have my doctors fill out that gives more detail about my illness/injuries which I would have never know about otherwise. I found out today that I was approved for disability, but I honestly wasn’t surprised, as I never doubted his ability to help me.
