Foreclosure hit my family really hard. We felt very confused with the whole process and needed guidance. We turned to Darren for help and we’re so thankful we did. Darren explained how he would handle our foreclosure defense. We’d first have to file for bankruptcy and later get a loan modification. Darren made sure we were aware of all of our legal options and asked if we wanted to save or sell our home. No other lawyer offered us this option the rest had said our only option was to sell. I called and spoke with Franklin. He was amazing! He needed to confirm some information that he was advising me, which I totally appreciated, and got right back to me…RIGHT BACK TO ME! In 5 minutes I had the answers to a few legal questions I had. I couldn’t have saved my families home without the help and expertise of Darren! His experience and knowledge in navigating real estate law were impeccable.
