Mr reams as a liar and a crook. He purposely isolated me from my aged mother and my family to avoid communication so he could liquidate my mother's estate. When I got contact with my family they had no knowledge of his actions they had no knowledge of his lawsuit brought against me he does everything he can to milk your family's estate to feed into his pockets. He wears multiple hats sometimes he's a lawyer sometimes he's a conservator sometimes he's an auctioneer. Be careful dealing with him You will find all of your family's estate end up in his wallet. I do not entirely disagree with the trial Court's decision. I am of diminished capacity not incapacitated. However you sir lied to me directly. I will change this review when you do your duty. Many times you and I have talked in the past and you lied to me. You are now seeking to make me homeless when it in no way affects your client in fact it violates your duty as conservator of Mesa county my family put their trust in you my family put their trust in Mesa county you sir someday will be held to account for your actions. You are now seeking to make me homeless for no Gain only to fill your pockets with lawyer fees. Most of the money from the sale of 205 went into your pocket you also have not given me a single accounting of my mother's estate in close to 3 years which you're legally required to do every year. Larrabee v larrabee does not allow the court to act the way you tricked it into doing by withholding evidence.

Do not recommend Reams & Reams. Had a simple Will estate transfer and it’s cost me over $3000 for a few hours of work, if that. You are not able to send an email or ask a question without getting charged $25 for a simple letter, a 1 minute phone call, or a one sentence email in return. I am a mother of 2 that just inherited an estate and the estate didn’t have any funds. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Seems like the same charge is being put on bill repeatedly. Not happy. Every time I turn around I am getting a new bill. Be careful!

I can't go any lower than one star yet my personal opinion is they don't deserve any! From my family's experience Reams and Reams has been taking advantage of our estate closing. The judge signed off on everything and ordered a dispersement. Reams and Reams have rudely disregarded the order and ignored our attempts to communicate with them. As of now it has been18 days since the judge's order and still haven't received anything. I don't recommend this company!!

I wish i could rate Zackery lower than one star. Excuse after excuse why he would not defend an agreement he wrote. Makes one wonder if the opposing attorney was to much for him and he did not want to be exposed. I strongly do not recommend.
