I was involved in an accident with an 18-wheeler. The insurance company offered me money almost immediately after the accident and I called the Reaves Law Firm to ask their opinion. They told me that the offer was way too low and that they thought I deserved a lot more. My lawyer was so responsive and walked me through the whole process. My daughter was in an accident September 24, 2017.
In the beginning everybody made us feel welcome. Phone calls every other day and so on. We mainly spoke with a paralegal name and she was very nice. This friendliness was all in 2017.
However, January of this new year I spoke with an attorney that was working on her case(can't remmember his name becuse this was my first and only time speaking with him it's one the attorney that first initial is J). This man said to me (we discussing her amount) WHAT UR DAUGHTER WILL RECEIVE HE CAME BACK AND SAID NALL WHAT U WILL RECEIVE.
Yes I was offended because he made it seem like I need my daughter's money.
Even after all of that we have not heard anything from these ppl since January. Have I called yes and no one has return any of my calls. They are always in a meeting.
