I receive a call from a lady off Facebook stating that she has a window off space for me for $350 monthly I paid on the save the space . When I got there for showing a guy named Milton stated that the office space was actually $800 monthly . I have a small business and I have budgeted expenses to where I can not afford that amount Milton stated that he will reach out to City manager because I may can get the same rate for if it was quoted that - 3 weeks after I signed there was no contact with city manager until I wrote an email stating that I will like a refund the city manager called and said she will look into finding me something it took her 3 weeks to do this . She finally wrote back stating that she couldn’t find anything and did not say anything about me getting a refund or even an apology - sales 101

I will like a refund as I never used the office or any services at the company -I am still awaiting to hear back !

I am just getting all documents prepared for small claims court

I was the first client to purchase an office space at the Regus location on Columbia's Main St. in 2012. The location is unmatched for convenience to meetings, food, and local entertainment. The amenities and staff make doing business easy. I had two offices, but felt like the entire floor was mine. Clients consistently complimented the atmosphere. The staff was very helpful in setting up for board meetings, virtual conferences, and making my clients feel at home when they arrived. I would recommend Regus's Columbia location to anyone looking for an impressive and easily manageable office space.
