If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Rabin Pournazarian and his administrator, Ashley Johnson, handled my Chapter 13. I recently received a discharge and if it hadn't been for them, I would have lost my home. They are efficient, quick to respond, and definitely know what they are doing. I only wish they worked in other areas of the law. Bankruptcy is complex, especially Chapter 13 as it is a long process and there are a lot of things that can go wrong from filing papers incorrectly or due to circumstances in your life that can jeopardize getting a discharge. Rabin and Ashley did an incredible job dealing with each situation and helping me get back on track. Having Rabin represent you and Ashley assisting him is a team that you need if you want everything done correctly the first time around. I realized this on my first day of court when initially filing for a Chapter 13. As I sat there waiting for my turn to meet with the trustee, a lot of cases before me were taking up to 20 - 30 minutes or being turned away because the paperwork wasn't filled out correctly which was really worrying me. When it was my turn, the trustee reviewed my paperwork, asked me a few questions and that was it. Literally took about 6 - 7 minutes. That's when I knew I had gone with the right attorney.

Bare with me as this was my first time having to deal with anything legal/attorney wise so I'm not sure how any of this works.

I was recommended by an outside source who scheduled me a free consultation appointment for 6pm that evening with Rabin. While I received the call at exactly 6pm, I did not speak with Rabin right away. I spoke with his secretary for 15 minutes before being transferred to him. He was very short and seemed bothered to even be taking the call and then proceeded to ask me for information that I had already given his secretary. He then told me he had somewhere to be at 7pm, told me to text him said information and then ended the call. I was on the phone with his secretary longer than I was on the phone with him. After verifying the information I had to send him was in fact correct, I messaged him at 6:20pm. He messaged me back at 9:46pm and then again at 11:18pm. I messaged him the following morning at 7:01am responding to his last text asking for clarification and have been ignored ever since.

A 3 minute phone call and two responses that did not answer any of my questions or address my concerns are all I got from this "consultation" if I can even call it that. Not to mention, he and his secretary kept mixing up the information I had given them.

While I understand that these people have lives, don't take an appointment if you're not willing take the time to hear the person out or give them the time of day. People are gonna do what they're gonna do, my review is exactly that: my review, my experience. However, I would suggest thinking on this one. This guy is gonna make it very obvious that you are not worth his time.
