I would never hire him nor ask any advice even if it was free!

I have posted a question on a public website where attorneys can willingly participate by giving free advice. This attorney responded to my question and concluded that I'm (quote) obsessed over my issue and that I should try fly fishing or yoga to lower my stress level.
I don't think that I'm obsessed over my issue. All I was doing is what all others do. I simply posted my issue on this website hoping that some attorneys will give me some constructive advice. I wasn't looking for advice about how to lower stress level, nor I wrote or implied in my question that I was stressed.
If Marshall thought that my issue is not worth an advice or a comment than he should have just moved onto the next question. But instead, he chose to go out of his way and posted a rude, derogatory comment. While I'm not sure why would any attorney do this, here is my free advice to you Marshall: It's never the quantity of cases, reviews, and comments that counts, but the quality of the advice and the choice of words you say or write that reflects your character.

One more thing; I'm not an obsessive person and I don't hold grudges. I would accept an apology from you and would consider removing this review then.

Hired him as a defense lawyer for a DUI in 2011, he drug out the case as long as possible before ultimately telling me there’s nothing he can do and was ultimately convicted. The one positive was he said to contact him for expungement when the time was right. Fast forward now almost 10 years later I thought it would be an easy straight forward expungement process. Instead I spent over a month getting lip service from his secretaries who said they were letting him know and that he would contact me soon, after waiting 6 weeks with no response and numerous phone calls to his “answering service” he clearly had no interest in helping me out. I contact another firm and the same day began the process of my expungement immediately.

All in all my experience is he will love to take your money to do all the court proceedings but has no interest in helping you outside of that. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your defense when you’re in need of someone compassionate and trustworthy.

In my opinion this guy is out of touch with crime. I am a victim of a crime and It is a life and death matter. This Jerk Makes Unprofessional comments without looking into Anything. Not asking a single question.
Over many years my company used Several Corporate attorneys and I have NEVER seen Anyone give a response such as his. It is insulting. No way I would let such an idiot handle even a simple case. He is too lazy to check before passing judgment. I have seen sloppy lazy work before. But this is in my opinion a looser. No way He will NEVER see a dime from us. EVER.
