We had the best experience with Bob. Here at Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue Nonprofit, the EDD were bring tough on us. Bob was compassionate, helpful, and communicative. Our business was hit with a random EDD audit. We always try and do the right thing, but the regulatory environment is ever changing & you can never be sure how things might come out. I found Bob from reviewing many EDD law firms. I found him to be very professional, informative and I felt I had found someone genuinely interested in the best outcome for my small business. I am happy to report after nearly two years of waiting, much due to Covid, our audit found our company to be in compliance with nothing due; best possible outcome. I cant thank Robert enough for the help he provided me. The EDD was being completely unreasonable with their collection efforts and a friend recommended seeing Robert so I did, he was on the phone with my case worker from the EDD within 15 minutes of my visit and I instantly felt a comfort level and confidence that released a huge burden from me. He was able to negotiate a very reasonably installment agreement for me and I would highly recommend him for any of your tax needs. Thanks again Robert, you are the best!

If your looking for a TV ad lawyer that promises you everything up front, go somewhere else. He immediately stopped the intimidating letters from the government and kept us informed throughout the process. (Yes this is a process and as a client you have to (must) the responsibility to provide his office with all required information in a timely manner) My business and personal issues were quickly resolved.
