Initial consultation is $150 ($145 + $4 fees). The initial consultation didn't really give you any information other than "we need more documentations from you so we can make a better determination." If this was the case, why not collect those via email first so the initial consultation could provide some value?

Maybe this can help others: Lawyer rates are at $475 per hour. Initial retainer for case review is $2500. No contingency fee unless personal injury.

I hired the firm and was assigned Mrs. Trobee.
Civil matter.

We both had low expectations due to the nature of the case and the loose laws regaling this matter in Denver.

We met when was needed. She made sure I provided all the docs she would need.

And then we had our day in court.

Mrs. Trobee killed it in the court room.
Without having to be rude or aggressive, she made the point during examination and proved to the judge that we were not in the wrong.

I hope I never have to hire Mrs. Trobee again.
But she is the first person I call if I need help and will 100% force my colleagues and friends to call her if they need real help.
