My grandfather paid for his services here so it would be an easier transition for everyone. However their receptionist “had a breakdown” and lost a lot of records. So due to their negligence we had to pay again in order to bring him home. They treated my father horribly in such a difficult time.

I truly cannot say how much I have appreciated Vanessa and her team. I have worked with her three different times and each time she has been so compassionate during such difficult times. Her knowledge and patience is so invaluable when leading us through each of the processes. She has stressed how important it is to approach each family member personally and not like a “package deal” like other funeral homes I have had to work with. She is so caring and sensitive, and I can honestly say she was an absolute blessing each time she helped us.
