I don't know why I haven't reviewed this Lawfirm sooner. I have been using Rosenblatt Lawfirm for almost three years now and I wish I would've found them sooner. I have been in business for 27 years and I have never dealt with a more professional Lawfirm. They get back to you when they say they will and they give you the best advice for your particular situation. Elena is the attorney that represents us and always does an outstanding job! I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I chose Rodenblatt Law Firm based on their positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the same level of service. From the beginning, Mary Lisa assured me of her capabilities and what she could accomplish. However, after hiring the firm with the expectation of receiving clear guidance and direction, I was disappointed to find that she provided little to no meaningful assistance.

Throughout the process, I often found myself having to guide her instead of receiving the professional counsel I had anticipated. Communication was slow, and when I did receive responses, they lacked the answers or clarity I needed. Given the lack of progress, I expected to receive a significant portion of my retainer back, but the firm managed to retain most of it despite the minimal work performed.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend seeking representation elsewhere or considering self-representation if feasible.

Received a threatening letter from Mary Lisa in 2022, and replied via email as that was the contact info in the letter. Still have never received a reply. This firm sent me a threatening letter, and when replied to, never once confirmed receipt of reply or issued any type of communication in return. Don’t threaten people, request a response, and then not reply to that response. When I replied to the salacious, threatening letter, more than adequate information was provided to refute the falsehoods in the letter sent to me. Not sending a reply to my response is actually the complete opposite of professional. It is actually unethical within the bounds of the Texas state law to threaten litigation with no intention of following through. If you need more information, comb through your outgoing letters and your received emails. That would require work on your end, though.

"RUN" do not trust these people with your family. ! Attorney working on my probate case can not produce any emails to substantiate claims of negotiation progress, they made it all up because they had not done squat on my case for five months after taking my money up front The worst probate attorneys you could possibly imagine. They do not comprehend the difference between Texas Estate Law and Texas Trust Law, they lie in writing, blow you off for several months, then ask for more money to do the job you already paid them for. Do not trust them with your families estate planning, your family will end up with nothing after you are dead, and they will split it with the Chris Pettit and Robert Walsh's of Bexar County.

I’m not even sure where to begin here. I’ve never received better service except at an Olive Garden. lol Rosenblatt law firm is the Olive Garden of law firms. I initially reached out to Thomas J Henry they referred me to Rosennlatt as an affiliate. At first I was worried, (one would even say, I was petrified) usually when your referred, not to play on words you feel like you were deferred or offloaded even. I worked with Counsilor Ms. Chinonso Osonma. From the get go, Ms. Osonma and the staff she worked with offered their best course of action, were professional, even when it came to delivering bad news in my case, I ran into that. “Case” pun intended. Even without able to accomplish what I portrayed to her of what my goals were, she offered to assist in ways I didn’t even consider for my situation. She was resourceful and was even kind enough to do a bit of pro bono work on my case. I would gladly give this firm my funds if I needed help in the future and then some if I could. I nerd out for law firms since watching Suits on USA lol and it wasn’t yelling in a court room, but their firm did offer the best that they could and I feel should have a very high standing in the legal community. Thank you very much Counsilor Chi and the staff your worked with, Ms. Sandra Rodriguez, Ms. Maria, and unfortunately the former to the firm Ms. Monica, I can’t thank you enough for the support in my probate matter(:!!!!
