I used Ross and Matthew's several times In the past, once for a speeding violation, of which I was acquitted, and also to get our wills done. They took care of everything for us. It's nice having them on retainer. We need to update those wills now, since having lost a son. I will be calling them again soon. Great group of people.

This for Dylan Davis, this is a good attorney with integrity and heart. At the beginning of the conversation, he knew my case won’t be covered by my membership, he didn’t just hurry up and end the conversation like most of others did. He patiently listened to my case, provided immediate feedbacks, analysis and options, even words of encouragement, asked nothing in return.

Can’t asked for more, he makes you feel like you’re a part of family. Believe legal shield needs to have more of this kind of attorney.

I wrote a 5 star review years ago, it was my first time using them but fast forward 5 years and im treated like im the enemy. My last consult i got handed to some "attorney", a tired, 1 stoplight town attorney that tried to point the finger at me the client without hearing the full summary of my issue. Needless to say i suggest a solution and his reply was" yeah, i would just do that". ?

I was assigned R&M by Legal Shield legal insurance, with whom I enrolled when I got my concealed carry somewhere around 2007 or 2008. The insurance included not only firearms related protection but insurance for miscellaneous consultations. In that time, I haven't used R&M frequently but did request several consultations for various contract reviews or advice. Up until about 2020 or so, I never questioned the value the insurance brought. Responses from R&M were prompt and incredibly helpful. Since then, however, they have dragged their feet responding and when they did finally get with me, they didn't offer any useful guidance. Legal Shield's costs are going up and each of the last three calls to R&M I have waited 5-7 days for a response. I am now on day 8 and their idea of "escalating" my intake was to make an appointment for 24 hours from now. This "Firm" and the value they bring is essentially worthless to me so I'll be terminating the relationship.

Don’t trust legal shield and I wouldn’t waste two seconds on a call with this firm.

They’re not concerned with listening to anyone about what they’re trying to get accomplished. Seems like the main interest is how can they be paid.

Remove yourself and let go of the legal shield membership.

HEED THE OTHER REVIEWS- DO NOT USE

This office is a horrible scam via LegalShield. Signed up for the Premium plan early this week and literally received none of the advertised benefits. After waiting all week, the lawyer called while I was in a doctor’s appointment FRIDAY. I called back as soon as I could by 12:15 pm and requested a call back. When I did not hear anything in 45 minutes I requested another call back at 1 pm and wasn’t contacted until til 4:30 by someone who wasn’t a lawyer. They told me a lawyer would call shortly. At 5 PM another person who wasn’t a lawyer called and when I asked her to tell me the times I had returned the initial call, she lied and claimed that I only called them back at 4:30 and the attorneys were leaving for the day now. Clearly they placed the two calls from nonlawyers just to make it seem like they called me by the end of the week but I was never contacted by a lawyer. Upon calling LegalShield to cancel, I found that this is the only office serving Texas. They just want to take your money, advertise services they don’t offer and leave you to deal with your legal issues on your own. There are no consultations, no phone calls, no letters on your behalf, and no contact with an actual attorney.

Lousiest and laziest law firm. When I finally received a call back days after requesting a consult about a breach of contract by my gym, some country bumpkin of a lawyer called me back finally. He was unhelpful, rude cutting me off, dismissive, and just all around useless. I emailed a request to legalshield to cancel my membership same day because of these useless parasites leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I'm only putting 1 star so that I can post this otherwise this would be a fat zero. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM OR LEGALSHIELD
