I was referred to attorney rouse by a friend of my family. I recently was charged with a misdemeanor traffic violation that could and did revoke my cdl privileges for a 10 year period. Attorney rouse was open to talking before I gave him a retainer and also gave me options on how I should go about handling the case. He advised me that I should do some community service and take a driver improvement course. As we went to court I noticed that everything he asked of the court was granted. I took a no points added plea, in which put no points in my cdl and also reduced my fine by 20 percent.i walked out of court smiling only to get home and later that night my cdl had been suspended for 10 years. I immediately called attorney rouse and he informed me that the only thing we could do was withdraw the plea. He was at the court house the very next day, the court let us withdraw the plea and schedule a bench trial hearing…well honestly I didn’t think It was going to be successful. Also this came with another retainer fee.Attorney rouse advised me we should go out swinging and this was the last chance at getting my cdl back.months went by, the court date finally was here.
