I renewed my DACA there 2 years ago and was never given/emailed an copy. Now that I’m going to renew at a different location with lower rates they are denying giving me a copy or simply emailing me. I expressed to the associate I had a appointment to renew my DACA the next day and would like to either pick up or get emailed a copy but was told I had to make a appointment for the next week. I restated I simply needed a copy but was not I would not get one. I am now waiting for a call back. Associate she was going to go to her lunch then ask her boss what she can do. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL
Update: never got a call back (waited 3hrs)
Once I called them back they said they would email it to me with a charge of 34.00 then hung up. I called again and was told to come in person instead after all that and am now waiting outside in the cold until there current appointment is finished.

Nos recomendaron este lugar para hacer un proceso de migración. Todo mal, la atención, la información, el abogado no esta disponible para responder preguntas, todo va a través de la notaria, quien por cierto tiene que estar de buenas para atenderte. Además se le olvida todo. Opino desde mi experiencia de casi 3 años que ellos llevaron mi caso. Mi esposo y yo tuvimos que buscar información por otros lados y con otros abogados para solucionar nuestro caso, que al final por nuestros propios medios nos enteramos de todo lo que teníamos que hacer. NO LO RECOMIENDO para asuntos de migración. Perdida de tiempo, de dinero, de salud mental.
