Would not use again. Very disappointed in their work and in their response to concerns that were raised with them. Rather than work to fix the issue, they were dismissive at best. Their communication was disappointing and rather off-putting. Do not use.

2 stars because the lack of effort and communication was beyond surprising for an established business with decent reviews. I had to call for updates, none were communicated without my calling their offices first. Not even to confirm receipt of the documents to be served.
The documents were sent, the service attempted next day, and then not again for 3 days. I understand not wanting to attempt service on a weekend, but there was another weekday in that timeframe.
Regardless, a refund is issued and our service stopped because I questioned their lack of service and communication. At least that part was clear and handled quickly.

Given the response by the company, this is not surprising. I'm not abusive - I asked questions. If I don't understand your service policies, explain them. Customer Service goes a long way.

We wish you the best in your business. I shared my experience. Sorry you feel I embellished and was untruthful. Thank you.
