This is a belated review for Dave Ruben of Sage Law. We purchased a new Grand Design 5th wheel that turned out to be defective. The manufacturer attempted to repair it for over 6 months, with warranty claims exceeding $30k. The trailer was severely damaged during its return trip from Indiana receiving more warranty work and was considered a total loss by the dealer. Despite this, Grand Design insisted on another repair attempt.

At this point, we consulted a local attorney who advised us that we had no legal recourse. After further research, we discovered Sage Law Group, which specializes in RV law. We spoke with Dave and retained his services the following day.
