They work not according to their schedule! So, they do whatever they want! Is it the court of justice? Or is it just a broken system with the wrong people It is very strange, pity, and sorrowful to see it through the eyes as foreign! Who gave them the power to act on what they wanted without informing society? You can see the weird picture (that I added) about returning with the artificial clock.
