What an awesome day with Salvo for Enhanced-CCHL class! Our instructor James was Amazing!! He was very thorough and answered all of our questions not leaving us guessing on any topics. We are already planning our next trading class with Salvo! We strongly recommend them!

Took a class with Matthew Tate. He was very informative and able to tailor, and personalize the class to my skill level. I'm looking forward to doing the level 2 rifle class in the future.

We did pistol and rifle transitions, target transitions, interesting drills, moving and shooting, and some barricade work.

He was able to identify my shortcomings, and give me more drills that would help strengthen the fundamentals. He didn't treat us like idiots, and we had a fun and educational class.

Good instruction on the Enhanced CCL and range qualification.

James our overly qualified instructor lead good group discussions breaking up the mandatory presentations with real world senecios and videos.

The range was conducted with safety in mind. Corrective actions were taken with shooters needing some refresher training.

I would highly recommend Salvo for your CCL training.

I just renewed my CCHL using Salvo. James was our instructor and was very very helpful. He took the time to answer any questions we may have had. And he especially took a lot of time with me because I wasn’t very confident in my skills. But he helped me tremendously. I highly recommend them.

James was great! Took the course to get my enhanced carry license and it was very informative. The class was long enough to go over laws and specific court cases that happened in the past. Right when my attention span was deteriorating the classroom portion ended and the range time stated! Shooting with the shot timer was fun and a little stressful but very manageable! Our class was very diverse and we all had a good time and even some laughs! Salvo can take a very serious subject and hit all the important features and parts all while making it fun! 10/10 recommend and i’ll be taking more classes in the future.

Just got done with a Long Range Class with Trent and James; awesome time! I've taken long range classes before and this one is totally worth your time. 4 hour class with plenty of 1:1 instruction followed up with a culminating shoot from multiple ranges at different shaped targets. GREAT TIME! Super chill while learning, solidifying your dope, equipment run down, and corrections made in a very instructive manner. Plenty of steel to smash at multiple ranges. You won't be disappointed, check these guys out!

I took the enhanced concealed carry course with James. James was thoroughly informative about laws, guns, and gun safety, and was also impressionable and entertaining. Even though this my first time handling a hand gun he and the class made me feel more than comfortable. The class was also very affordable

I just finished the wilderness medicine course and it was filled with a lot of very useful information including plant identification, medicinal uses for plants, and we made some salves, powder, and tinctures from the plants we learned about. Matt, the instructor, is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and passionate about teaching. This course was everything I wanted and more. I will be taking more of their courses in the near future.
