This is the worst day program my son has come home with a dripping cushion and was hosp for a month back in Oct with ecoli infection in kidneys then Again in March 2023 . And they accepted my son in wheelchair from day one he was on chocking protocol then but now doc signed it and they can’t sit next to him or other clients that is in same room they can’t put wheel chair in right they put it in backwards it’s like talking to a wall he couldn’t go back till doc signed it and after the approved it through a meeting but now doc signed it they throw him out cause they can’t seat and watch him eat which has been in place day one lazy people to many client not enough staff and if u have a low functioning adult in diapers and wheelchair don’t go here they can’t wipe or clean they can’t do what u ask they can’t use common sense to put a easy wheelchair together.

I asked North Metro to find a team that will replace my son’s job coach service provider because I’ve had a very bad experience with them. It was during the holidays last year and Sample Supports jumped in right away despite an “unreasonable” transition timeline. They spoke to my son’s employer to quickly figure out how to address the various issues caused by the former provider, which included putting my son in a union store without understanding what that meant despite repeated requests from me, and not showing up on time during my son’s first day at work. Sample Supports team was very professional in handling such a horrific sitution left by the former provider. More importantly, they are very responsive and treats my son with utmost respect and dignity. They also go above and beyond just coaching my son in his current job. They find ways and means to improve his skill set by taking time to do a thorough assessment of current skills. I honestly would not know what to do if Sample Supports did not step in to help my son. I would not trust any other team. They are the best in the state.

And go there every 4 days of the week that's what I thought I let you know I'm just wish I can go to another place because of other people there gets on my nerves but I know I get on other people and I'm here at my house but that's all right we have problems we take care of it I I have a counselor I talk to Mondays

They never answered the phone. Several tries over a week. Equally non responsive to messages left. A good hint of the "service" this business offers. NADDA

Horriable...dont return phone calls or email does not give my son receipts for his payments at all emailed multiple times no answer at all ...no return on phone calls
