I have known Janice Martindale for over 16 years now. She completed a Revocable Trust in 2007. She listened, is very attentive concerned and professional. She pays attention to detail.

Now I have a wife and child and few more assets and needed to update my Trust. She made it so easy. Their fees are reasonable.

0 stars. These people either incompetent, or simply unethical. They misspelled my name on a court document and I caught the mistake when I proofread. When I pointed out their error, I was charged more for the time it took them to fix it. Then they charged me for calling me to tell me that they sent an email message to my brother.

When the trust was administered, they didn’t give me a trust certificate, so I had to ask for it. And of course, this was more money. The paralegal said that my case folder was lost. (?!). Now they want me to pay even more money even though the matter was closed.

Do not do business with these people! They really don’t take pride in doing a good job.
