Spencer Hale and his team are absolutely amazing, they have been patient and highly communicative throughout a very long and acrimonious custody case. Update, I was contacted directly from the Attorney I was working with and he has genuine concern for the situation and committed to efforts to resolve the problems for myself and future clients. I appreciate his efforts and recognize the difficulty of the emotional challenges of the industry and the difficult with staff expectations and commitment being in line with his own commitments and efforts.

Poor communication , I have switched representation and they have not responded to 4 messaged requests over 2 weeks for my file, case details and information to be transferred to my new firm with no response. And now got a reply from office staff that my emails have been blocked by them. I will edit or correct review if or when the experience has been corrected or changes.
