I had the pleasure of working with Robert Clarke. My brother passed unexpectedly in Arkansas and I live in the suburbs of Chicago As executor of his estate, I had to find an attorney in Arkansas. Given I was out of state and had no family in Arkansas, I was nervous to find a local atty to assist me From my initial call, Robert was responsive, knowledgeable, kind, professional and an excellent communicator. 2022 had been a difficult year for me with several other major family health crisis and Robert's assistance on my brother's estate was a smooth process with superior customer service . I've unfortunately had to deal with 3 other law offices in the area and Ted Sanders and his office staff are a no-brainer to go to for legal help. Things didn't go my way but they were the most professional, and got what needed to be done "Done".I think the others just want to get paid and work just for themselves and not for their clients. Ted Sanders and group work for their clients.

My review would only concern one of the attorneys that work at this firm did not get the experience to meet any of the others the one I was appointed as an attorney ad litem I would not recommend for anybody. I feel that instead of standing up for the minors he stood up for the abusive parent. Now the miners are in danger completely of their lives and they should have had a whole world in front of them. The truth was not told by no means and the miners were accused of not telling the truth I would not recommend this Law Firm at all.

My brother lived in Horseshoe Bend and passed away suddenly and I was taking care of his estate and needed an estate attorney to help. I contacted 5 attorney's and three didn't return my calls, one was very rude and said I needed to get an attorney in my home town and the other was from my home town but was afraid to take my case because he was three hours away from Horseshoe Bend and my bill would have been extremely high due to the travel. A friend gave me the number to Sanders, Morgan and Clarke PLLC, and I contracted them. The lady answering the phone assured me that one of the attorney's would call me back and Robert Clarke did. We did everything by phone, mail or e-mail I never had to go to his office. I never met him face to face and he took care of everything. I would recommend the firm for any legal need I may have. Thank you Robert Clarke for all your help. You and your staff are amazing.
