I hired this law firm after my car accident from May of 2024. I have to agree with some of the comments I've read. I have to call the office often to see what is going on with my case. The staff is rude when I call and then the receptionist transfer me to voicemail. My second paralegal doesn't show any empathy. I was told my file was complete and it wasn't. They have to request my medical records again. My bills are still missing. The staff is never in the office. I've on to my third paralegal. I'm being optimistic but my case is now going to trial. I don't know how long this is going to take. There are some things that need to be done in my life soon. I told my lawyer to keep me informed on my case going forth. I'll update my ratings after my case is over. I pray things go smoothly. I hope so. I want this to be over soon. Shamorra.

When I was 17, I was hit by a car while jogging. Hospitalized for a month. I retained schwed law and it was the worse decision ever. After maturing, I learned that there was settlements declined on my behalf without my knowledge. Court dates I was not made aware of whatsoever. Infact they switched the lawyer on my case so many times that every time we needed an update, current lawyer had no idea what was going on. Unless you want really unprofessional, shady business, avoid these people. I am 27 years old now and tell this day I still have paint from all my surgeries and these people did nothing but screw me over.

Warning About This Law Firm

I urge you to read the reviews before hiring this firm. My case has been ongoing for over two years. I spoke with my lawyer only once during a deposition, and he arrived late. I was rear-ended, and I regret not checking the reviews beforehand.

As of September 3, 2024, I just called the office. The front desk staff, who are very nice and not at fault, informed me that my lawyer is unavailable to return my calls. This situation has been dragging on since June 13, 2022. Please consider this before making your decision.

I had a good case, was offered the money and only received a small portion of what I got back. Somehow the medical bills were more expensive than the rate I had initially saw on the companies they sent me to for treatment….. somehow there were more appointments that I paid for than I attended. I’m talking a sh!t load of appointments was paid for that I couldn’t have possibly attended. All I’m saying is it was very sketchy. Better off getting legal advice and representing yourself!!
