I've been to a few self- help law centers in MT. But this location is the worst. I've never had such a horrible experience. This man here was rude. He was inconsiderate. He was not professional. He also made up a rule that there was no copying legal paperwork but he has a copier. He also has people wait outside the office door when there IS NO SIGN that shows that rule.
I would not go here again! He shouldn't be working for the public if he doesn't enjoy it. He should consider retiring.

I went in to ask questions about my divorce decree and felt completely dismissed. I asked the man several questions and his response was "I don't know." He directed me to the CDC which I did not understand at all why and when I called them they had no idea why he had directed me to them. I called the self help center back and informed him of this and he still just said he didn't know. Getting a divorce is hard enough, having to ask for help is even harder and this whole experience with the help center was very frustrating and made me feel completely defeated. I was sent on a wild goose chase with no help whatsoever and left with "I don't know responses."

spoke to someone on the phone and they were not helpful at all just told me that its on the website. He also informed me they have no staff till September and are closed to the public. What is the point of a help center if its closed to the public.

This place has been around for a while. They are always helpful and typically give you documents free of charge.
