Very glad someone recommended this place to me! It’s so difficult to find trustworthy auto shops- the same 2 guys were at the counter both times I brought my vehicle in (first for an inspection and then routine oil change) and they are both very genuine and helpful. After my inspection they presented a few routine maintenance things that could be addressed soon but weren’t pushy at all. I waited in the office both times I brought my vehicle in so I witnessed numerous phone conversations and other customer interactions (many of them soldiers) and I can tell these guys genuinely care about doing the right thing for people across the board, they are not there to take advantage of anyone (which is refreshing to find right next to base). Also their online scheduling system is extremely convenient and they are quick to get you in there! Highly recommend using these guys especially over some of the other corporate auto shops around here that will screw you over. This is the only place I’ll bring my car going forward for as long as we’re here!

I just moved to NY recently and had to get an inspection on my car. I stumbled upon service plus automotive that was right down the street from me. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted and felt very welcome by Chris. They took my car in and saved me from a blowout and got me back on the road legal so I could continue to work. I was in a really tough spot and they took care of me professionally and extremely well. The prices are extremely fair and reasonable for the work they did. And I felt comfortable, we talked hockey and all sorts of stuff. Amazing staff. Thank you guys! Chris is the man!!

I will always recommend this place! Chris has always been so kind and very helpful and will explain everything you need to hear in depth and answer any questions! Matt also came to pick me up when my car was ready and I couldn't get a ride there, they are the sweetest, definitely the only place I'll go!

Such a great experience here. Have used this shop since 2022, ever since then if I had any concerns I give them a call and they always get me in so fast to check out what is going on.
Today Chris was HUGE help. It was about 3pm on friday they close at 5pm, I heard loud sound from front end right before I had a long drive next day.. Chris said to bring it in and for a hour looked into it for me knowing I had a long road trip next day and wanted to make sure it was safe. He found the issue and was thankfully something he could fix fast and did. Did a test drive to make sure it ran smooth after he fixed it also. Went above and beyond. Cant thank chris and his team enough. Please go here they will always take care of you and make sure you are safe.
