Great experience with John and Service Master! We had a different company bail on us 2 days before our contract ran out at our apartment and we HAD to get the carpets cleaned. John re-worked his schedule for the day to make sure that he got a crew out to our place to get the job done. Abel was very able. He explained what was to be done. Did an excellent job. He said it would take 2 hours and he was within minutes. They came early after calling. Who does that!! The boss Jim called for follow up. Nice guy!! And that matters to me in this day and age. 3rd time I used them and will continue to do so. Plus my wife is very happy😄

Spoke to an employee regarding air duct cleaning for my home. He explained the process and answered all my questions. I scheduled a time and they arrived on time. Cleaning was based on number of vents and not on time working on my house. Able and Herman did a great job and found out one vent was not operational, so they adjusted the charges accordingly. They also knocked a loose vent deflector into the ductwork and notified me, then went into crawl space and retrieved it. They were honest and did quality work. I like the company that is based in Eagle, CO and would use them again. There is a noticeable difference with the cleanliness of my ductwork.
