I run an auto shop and after some heavy rain, the entire shop flooded. Running a business, we needed to get back up and running quickly. Servpro has amazing customer service and was able to get some help out to us right away. They brought fans and vacuums to clean up all the water. They also assessed and inspected for mold, shows they actually care about people’s well being.

You tell me if you want someone to do this to your house. This is all Servpro work via Anthony Seipel.

Rather than bore you with a long story, show these pictures to another contractor and ask their opinion if this if professional work or not. The back of our house is 20 degrees colder from the shoebox size hole left in the floor and the skirting that was not put back and broken somewhere along the way.

I have been in charge of quality control for multiple trades for over two decades and am a general contractor for the US Gov. myself. These guys were hired because my schedule was too full. I have never in my life seen such poor quality workmanship, heard so many lies or excuses, or delt with a lower quality business as these guys. As a franchise there should be a standard of quality. Servpro is known for doing above average work. As long as Anthony works for this company, quality service is not what you will receive. The kid that they outsourced to lay the carpet from Totally Floored was the only good thing i can say about this job.

After getting back under my house to further inspect the damage they caused, i found the rest of the innards that go to our new faucet and my drill bits they helped themselves to laying in the dirt among the two trash bags of debris they left under there. Most unprofessional experience of my life. You guys should be embarrassed.

I have also gone out of my way to be a consumer advocate for the elderly and disabled over the years. You are causing severe damage to the homes of those that trust you knowing they wont crawl under there to inspect the work. As people catch on to these shenanigans, in time you will do proper work, or you will be replaced by someone that does.

I recently worked with Victor from SERVPRO, and he did an excellent job. He came out quickly to handle a mold issue and explained everything clearly. Victor was professional and thorough, taking care of the problem efficiently and leaving my home clean. His communication was great, and he made the whole process stress-free. Servpro was amazing. I was selling my home and they found mold in a bathroom. It was a terrible thing to have happen and completely unexpected. The last thing I wanted to do was remodel a bathroom in a house I no longer own. But, it happened. And in a bad situation Servpro made the process SO EASY. They were polite and curious and came in and got the job done fast and well. Their guys were extremely nice and didn't even bother us at all while we were moving out around them. Great company!
