This is the second year I used their service and have to say the first time was a good experience. Filed my tax returns 2022 and 2023. Second time around seemed like I was bothering them. Candice was the same person to help. I emailed her several times and when she didn’t respond I called to check on my returns. She answered and gave me attitude and provide a weak response as to why my taxes weren’t filed. Once she filed them she sent me an invoice. Which was higher than original quote. Again my tax return was a simple form. No reason why it should have been higher than originally quoted. When I asked for the reason why my invoice was higher she replied through email stating the extra cost was due to expedited tax return which clearly they were not. Also stated she charge extra for the emails she sent me and the phone I made to her asking when she was going to file my taxes. Just to say the least explanation was a joke. She later said I will ask my partners and see if they can honor original quote. A few days later she replied with nothing can be done. I told her I would pay however clearly not a happy customer. Will not ever come to this business. So if your reading this I hope you don’t have questions. Do not email or call them bc they are keeping track and they will charge you for those emails and phone calls.

I love working with Susan because she makes everything very easy for me to understand she respects where my business is at and gives me very helpful suggestions to help my business move forward. Most importantly she helps me see the bigger picture as far as taxes go and I feel she totally gets me personally and as a mom. Of course she helps us most of all avoid paying unnecessary taxes, while keeping us in line with the taxes we do need to pay. And I absolutely love having someone local I can trust with my taxes who is also extremely knowledgeable.
