Shannon & Malone already rescheduled once, and I confirmed our appointment for today. They called to say they’d be 30 minutes late, so we waited in our vehicles with the building doors locked. After an hour of waiting, I called—only to be told they had come and left because they ‘didn’t see my vehicle.’ That’s simply not true. They never called to check in, and their excuse doesn’t add up. When I called, understandably upset about my wasted time, the representative hung up on me. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and lacks basic customer service. Do yourself a favor—go elsewhere!"

Shannon and Malone was a funeral home we find that was closet to my aunts home as all her family lives out of state. Pastor Malone-Flowers was amazing she treated me like family as I went through the difficult paperwork on my aunt. She took care of my aunts remains until I could return to Colorado and pick her up. Not only that she took time to update me as the process of picking her up, the cremation and when my aunt’s ashes where picked up. If I could give more stars I would, if your looking for a place that will treat you like family and help you through the difficulties of death with open arms this is the place! I am forever grateful for the amazing care and love we received from Pastor Malone- Flowers and all her staff! Thank you from the bottoms of my heart for the love and respect you showed not only my aunt but me as well!
