Siegel has has written state bills across the United States and is currently working on a federal constitutional case for the deaf. Siegel is honored world wide in the deaf community as well as being a Fulbright scholar. Specializing in IEPs Siegel established a 504 plan for me as a child because of my ADHD so I didn’t have to be on medication until my brain finish developing after the age of 18. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we were given the wrong advice due to the attorney not knowing our case well enough. (He did say he wouldn’t read through the entire file to “save us money” and we were naive in thinking that was okay.) Luckily, we didn’t act on the advice and attempted to give the attorney the correct information. He argued with us about it and his arguments were regarding another family’s case! After that we found a different attorney. Special Education is difficult enough for parents without having to deal with a contentious attorney.
