Where do I even start? I've never used an injury attorney and was so lost. I originally called another attorney's office first however when I called Silvia Injury Law and spoke to the girl on the other end, I knew this was the attorney's office I wanted. The girl I spoke to was so kind and took an interest in getting all the details of my incident, which did not happen with the other attorney's office. My information was then passed to my case manager Elena Ramirez. She called me right away and sent me her business card and stated who she was and what her role was in my case. Elena has been so sweet and caring. She has answered all my questions and reassured me with any concerns I had. Elena worked so hard on and has been so compassionate. My case to make sure everything was taken care of and I did not have to worry about anything, which is the last thing you want to do when you're in an accident. I had hoped to never have to use their services again. However, unfortunately a second accident occurred. I was given a different case manager but due to the circumstances I was able to have Elena work my case and I was beyond thrilled as we had built a great relationship. So here's to the future with no more injury accidents but if I were to need an injury attorney again, Silva Injury Law would be my first call. Thank you everyone for your hard work because I know everyone had a hand in my cases.
