They did the job. Very nice technician. It took longer but my computer was not as it should be. I do think $180 per hour is a bit steep but one has to do what has to be done

They work with you to make sure you find that sweet spot of getting everything you need fixed and staying within your budget. Prompt service, very respectful. Took my laptop on to get "cleaned up." After that and a new hard drive it's like brand new. I couldn't be happier.
