I have to say, working with Bijan and Edrin was an unexpectedly smooth experience, given my usual anxiety and stubbornness. I am the owner of a small rental property in Beverly Hills and a long time resident. I have used many attorneys over the years for my landlord/tenant issues but I will only use SNS Law Group from now on.
Here's what happened;
I consulted 6 different attorneys, all real estate specialists, with our problem. I was told again and again the "it can not be done in Beverly Hills" or "it will cost more than the building is worth" or "the law isn't on the property owners side". Finally, my daughter, an attorney herself recommended SNS. The attorney was cordial, professional and spelled out a what sounded like a reasonable plan. The retainer and estimated fee sounded reasonable but I was skeptical, having been burned many time by attorneys.
Well not this time, our SNS attorney successfully negotiated a termination with the tenant, a very difficult man, and walked us through the process as painlessly as possible. The negotiated amount as well as the legal fees were almost exactly what had been estimated. Finally, the administrator Rozita could not have been better, she was professional, efficient and very sensitive to our concerns.
If your real estate issue falls within the scope of SNS Law Group I would highly recommend using their services. I won't be using anyone else!
