I don't know how this firm gets so many good reviews. I have been trying for 3 months to get answers and move forward with a family court situation and continually getting ghosted by Marcel.

Do not use Stephanie Ouellette for anything. Especially anything which needs real legal help. She is extremely incompetent. I didn't choose her, Legal aid assigned her to my case. I told her everything that was going on and really needed help with paperwork. She tells me the truth is too complicated and told me to use the story she made up. She'll purposely drag things to court for some reason and worse part is the story she forces you to tell she can't even defend because it's a lie, she is not at all intelligent so she also looks like a liar. Also if you try to speak the truth in court or mediation She'll tell you to shut up. She has a terrible reputation and had lots of bad reviews which have now magically disappeared from Google reviews. Mine did from a few years ago. This lawyer is a danger to family law.
People need to be more brave and review her accurately so she stops ruining people's lives.

This is the best Law office for family court in my opinion. They were all so kind and work so hard for their clients, they really go above and beyond any expectation. I felt supported and comfortable with everything I was going through I couldn't be more thankful in my life for what SOLaw Legal did for me, I'll give them 100 Stars if I could .

Kind, but not entirely helpful to the overall situation and confusingly kept needing meetings for next steps when they had been discussed and decided a few times.
They are too kind versus other nasty lawyers in town.

I would never recommend this lawyer to any one her dad the old man in the office goes against your human right and demands its his right to be in a privet meeting with the lawyer I'm sorry but human right Stat that if you are not part of the case you are legal not allowed in a room well people are discussing a privet matter that is in court I even told the old man that and he laughed in my face thinking he was right so what they don't know is I waiting g on the human right violation paper work to go through on her and her dad rhe old man that works in rhe office witch in return they will be forced to shut there door and all cases they worked on will be investigated reopen and settle with out human right violations happening
