This review is long overdue, but I would like to share my experience working with Norma and Southern California Law Advocates. In 2010 I was 4 months behind on my car payment and had just started a new job. My auto finance company would not accept any payments from me at all and were set on trying to take my vehicle. I asked for managers and higher ups, but they were honestly some of the most terrible and angry people I have ever spoken to. I needed my car for my new job and did not know what to do. I contacted Norma and explained my situation. She gave me so much information regarding my rights and the law that I was completely unaware of. She took the time to listen to me, answer my questions, advise me of my options, explain my rights, and immediately took action on my case to stop my auto finance company from being able to take my car.
