After I left a 1-star review, Sparks Law reached out to me and explained why they were unable to continue with my case. Ashley also detailed the follow-up efforts she made to ensure my demand letter was delivered. I am satisfied with their response, so I will update my review. They made a second attempt to send the demand letter via certified mail, but it was rejected by the recipient. However, Ashley sent it via FedEx as well, and FedEx confirmed that the letter was delivered. Their actions demonstrate they genuinely care about their reputation and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

Old Review:
They sold me that they do all legal services required for my debt collection case. They charged me $1790 to write a demand letter, they just paid the $3.50 it cost to send certified mail. And that’s it. They never tracked to see if the recipient received it until contacted them a month later to Find status. Then when I asked them to go to next steps, they tell me they are not litigation attorneys and that I need to hire a different lawyer.

Their front desk Employee ASHLEY is the most rude assistant I’ve ever dealt with. We have an appointment scheduled for 12pm I missed the call but called back at 12:03pm. She forwards my call to voicemail 3 times then answered the 4th time with an attitude. Bad first impression and I just told her I will find someone else. We were purchasing an existing business and needed someone to draft the documents and close the deal. Their lost!
