Closed the dmv without notice and haven't updated the status of the dmv anywhere else, they wont pick up the phone so there's no way of knowing prior if your going to waste your time or not and no way of making appointments. Stood in line for hours had to leave since they wouldn't get to me in time before closing, there were about 50 people and 1 dmv worker so the line moved atrociously slow you'd think with a bigger populous there would be more than 1 worker. But a tleast the people in line with me were nice lol

I have come to this drivers license office THREE (3) TIMES over the last month to try and get my license transferred from out of state, and every time I am told they can't get anybody in. Got there at 9:15 THIS MORNING, nobody waiting whatsoever, asked the RUDE lady at the desk what time I need to arrive to be seen, and she said "I don't know, some people say 5am, some say 6am, but even still there's no guarantee that you're getting in". Like WHAT? How am I supposed to get my license This is absolutely absurd.

I've tried 3 times to get a star ID drivers license. The lines are long, they only have 1 person working. It took the women 25 minutes just to process 2 people. I finally made it to sixth in line at 11:00 am. We were told they cannot process anyone until they reopened at 1:00pm. To 3:00pm. Needless to say everyone had to leave at 11:00. This place is a joke. They want you to get a star ID to travel, but they won't hire any extra competent help to get people in and out. Whoever is in charge of the courthouse should be replaced

This is the most infuriating place you can be. I went to take my permit test and waited 2 hours just to move 5 feet. They have 2 people working and don't care about you. They're extremely rude and will close the door in your face no matter where you are in the line. They leave at 11:00 for lunch and come back at 1:15. If only this place wasn't a government run building.

When you wait in line only to be turned away 30 minutes before they close… she says they don’t close til 4:30 but she doesn’t work past 4. Okay! Must be nice!

They need to investigate this place! So rude to everyone and makes it almost impossible to do everything in 1 trip. If you don't go at 7am and stand in line you will most likely not get to test. Only 12 test a day is crazy as big as this town is. Please send help and get someone in there that will talk to you like you are human and not trash!

Takes hours just for a road test. Been here for an hour and a half since they sent me to sit and wait in my car for an instructor to come out to take the test. No one has came out nor has said anything. No one else is in line for the road test so I know it's not for other people.

I was told to bring my child to take permit test before 3pm, take him next day and wait in line for almost 2 hours. She said at 245pm have to come back Monday. WTH? One person doing all of it and no where to sit. This place is run horribly. They suck!
