Hoping to get a good grade since I'm from Al., and that we're not a bunch of uneducated rednecks. So watching L.I.A. video now law enforcement did great its not looking to good for the employees at the Health Dept. Just need a little training on how to treat the public and not violate their rights.

I was honestly shocked to see the bad reviews. I've never been treated badly or spoken to rudely. These ladies have always been very nice to me and so sweet to my kids. You have to realize that they are going non stop all day long, so they get tired and frustrated I'm sure. Give them a break and if someone is being rude to you the best thing you can do is be kind to them and smile. They may need that more then anything to help them thru their busy day 🙂

Ive been calling for days now about my pregency medicaid. No-one returns calls and No one is ever in office. I wish the old man was still working in the office he would've never let it get so bad that a 4 month pregent female cant get any kind of help.

My child was tested for covid on 01/10/2022. As of 01/28/2022 still no results. When I called they said they don't have the results there and for me to just be patient "they'll call you" After giving the dates of testing she said she could send an email to "them" to get in touch with me. If you need covid results within 48 hours, don't go to SCCHD. If you want results ever...go anywhere else.

Was tested for Covid and after seven days still have not received results. Was given instructions in writing stating I would get results after five days and if not to call the Saint Clair county health department upon which I did that and they said those instructions were incorrect they do not have my results. This is very disappointing I need my test results to return to work
