Steve Coury Ford Service is outstanding and is the best service in Arizona! I have been a Ford truck driver for over 20 years. I have taken my trucks to Ford dealers service throughout the Phoenix valley (includes Ford Scottsdale where I bought my diesel truck) for many years but many years ago I stop using Ford Service for many reason (I lost faith in Ford Service, mainly each Ford dealer service - lacked quality of service - keeping the customer's needs in mind from the service to the pricing). The people at Steve Coury Ford Service at Star Valley, AZ really go beyond the call of duty to help the customer. Their pricing for parts and labor are reasonable and the quality of workmanship is outstanding! The diesel mechanic at Steve Coury Ford Service is amazing - I think his name is Matthew! Super nice and intelligent diesel mechanic! Those folks (Bobby & Matthew) really care about helping the customers and will go the extra mile, sacrificing their time to help customers even after hours! WOW! If I am ever in that area of AZ and needing my truck serviced again, I will definitely stop with them. They have my business! I have a friend from Phoenix who had a very positive experience at Steve Coury Ford Service over 5 years ago - the mechanic was Wrench who stayed several hours after they closed to help my best friend who truck needed servicing who was traveling through with his family. Steve Coury Ford Service is the best in Arizona!

We limped in to Steve Cory Ford, after woodland critters made a home in our engine bay, while camping. Our F-150 limped in, still running, to Steve Coury Ford on Sunday. Everything was closed, but Steve Coury himself was in the garage. He let us drop our camper, took our truck issues, and stay until we got a ride home. The truck was repaired, earlier than anticipated and was also serviced with necessary maintenance as well as the needed critter repair. Great job, extremely satisfied. We will definitely always be grateful for the service and hospitality. Thanks Steve.

Got your letter asking to buy my ford focus. You only know about it because I dropped it off to you in December. As soon as it overheated climbing the Rim I pulled over, let it cool down, put water in and limped it back downhill to you. You were 4-5 weeks out on diagnostics, I said no problem, I don’t need it, but please drain the water I put in. You said no problem. Got it back in March, drove it to Phoenix, no overheating. Parked it until April. Wouldn’t start. Cracked block. I did not drive it overheated, you didn’t drain the water during the winter. No you can’t buy it, I had to scrap it.

After careful consideration, I decided to remove my initial review and replace it focusing on the one thing that you dropped the ball. You said you’d fix my car and you did. You said it would take 10 days and it did. You said it would cost 1000 dollars and it did. You delivered in all aspects. I think the ONE thing that is HIGHLY unfair is the credit card service fee. Until I picked up my car, neither I nor my wife were ever told about the 3% credit card fee. Furthermore neither of us had ever set foot inside the service department office to see the signs taped to the wall or were ever told in advance of the fee and the need to bring cash to avoid it. In general, society has become cashless. Credit and debit cards are the norm and banks even limit ATM withdrawal access for customer safety. My financial institution restricts me to a daily withdrawal limit of 500 dollars. It would take me 3 days to withdrawal enough cash to cover the cost of the repairs had I been told. I can understand the 3% fee if someone is buying 30 to 80 dollars of randomness but assessing it to a 1000 dollar automotive repair is excessive in my opinion. Especially without disclosing it in advance. If I need future repairs, I will highly likely return since you delivered on what was promised and since you are familiar with the company that provides my extended warranty contracts which should make things easier overall.

Bought a new bronco from steve coury last week. From the first minute I took it for a test drive till I drive it out, every aspect went super easy and professional. I've bought many cars in the valley and always felt like they were juggling too many customers to focus on me. But didn't feel like that there. Would definitely recommend that you check them out if you are looking to buy a ford. BTW, absolutely having a blast with the new heritage bronco!!!

In December 2021, I custom ordered a 2022 Ford Transit 250 Cargo Van from Steve Coury Ford in Star Valley, AZ. My experience with Liz in sales and Steven Coury, Jr. is five stars based on their integrity, friendliness, customer service and my overall satisfaction from order to delivery of a 2023 vehicle in November 2022! Understanding that Ford Motor Company (as other automobile manufacturers) had to deal with numerous COVID related delays, this Ford dealership didn't play the price increase game.
